4 Months!!!

Connor made 4 months old on Feb. 25th, and on the 28th we had a doctor's appointment. Connor weighs 15lbs 14.5oz (75%) and is 24 1/4in long (25%). Everyone that came in the room commented on his chubby legs (they're sooo cute), I'll make sure to take a picture of them for yall. Dr. Collins said we can start on Rice Cereal, so we are going to start on Sunday so Marcos and I can both be there, and so one of us can tape this new adventure. My poor little baby got three shots, I felt so bad for him, he only cried for about 30 seconds, it was helpful that it was naptime because he went right to sleep. We hung the doorway jumper from Monica and Josh last weekend and put together his walker (his feet don't touch the ground with the walker so I had to put a pillow under them). He liked his new toys a lot. Connor also like to sit up now (with the help of mom and dad of course). Other than that everything has been going good, just getting ready for Connor's Christening next weekend.

1st Valentine's

Connor has been doing great, still sleeping good and has started laughing out loud...it is the cutest thing. Luckily Meme only has one grandchild so far and can't get enough of him so we have an on-call sitter, so mommy and daddy got to enjoy a nice Valentine dinner at Commander's. Connor loves laying on his little mat, he just looks around, talking and laughing at pretty much nothing at all, so I am actually starting to get things done around my house. I have a small problem...my child will not nap in his crib. He will sleep all night long in his crib (without a NUK, even puts himself to sleep) but will not take naps there. Any advice?
Connor laughing when I tuck his knees into his chest.

Bedtime! It's the funniest thing, Connor likes to nuzzle his head into my arm when he goes to sleep or sometimes he brings his arm over his face.

Connor's 1st Mardi Gras

This was Connor's first Mardi Gras, we went to parades on Friday night and Sunday. Connor pooped out Friday night and stayed in Kellie's hotel room with Mrs. Bonnie and the rest of the babies (she was running a nusery Friday night). Sunday he did great, sleeping through the bands was no problem. Connor has begun drooling, he's like a faucet. To make it worse he sucks on his hands (we're talking whole fist) so the drool goes everywhere. Marcos and I have started something bad...Connor goes to bed usually by 9:30, wakes up at 6am, takes a bottle and we started putting him back to bed and he sleeps to 9:30am. Which is nice on the weekends, but not the best for Connor.

From January 19th

I did it again...sorry for the lapse in blogging. Anyway, these pictures were taken on January 19th and 24th. Connor was just making three months old, and he is getting cuter every day. He has still been smiling a whole bunch, and is starting to do a lot of talking, but the best perk is that he has been sleeping from 9:30pm to 6:00am, which i think is pretty good. I started back to work on Jan. 13th, so far things are going good. I have been working the weekends and one night shift a week, so Marcos has become Mr. Mom. I hate being away from him, but it is a nice break to be around other adults, I only call 5 times a day, not really...just 3 times.
Connor in one of his favorite spots...his bouncy seat that has lights and music, it entertains him for almost an hour at a time. I would recommend this seat to everyone.

Still in the seat...
Almost bedtime
This was the funniest thing...there was a small area on the sofa and Maxwell insisted on being with Connor and mom, his legs were practically falling off the sofa and front paws on top of Connor.
